They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. So why not put a picture on your vehicle? Your truck is more than just a means to get to the job or deliver your customer’s goods; it is nothing less than a rolling billboard. Of course you want your company name and basic information on your vehicle. But a photograph will do two things; First and foremost it will grab a viewers attention much quicker than any text will. And second, it will show them exactly what you offer or the quality of your work or product.
The next time you are out and about, pay attention to how much more you notice a vehicle with a picture on it than one with just lettering, and think about how you might employ that technique for your own business.
Here, F X Marcotte Furniture company of Lewiston, Maine used different images on each side of their delivery truck in order to maximize the exposure of their product offering.
Also, in the case of national brands, a local dealer or distributor can often get co-op dollars from the manufacturer for featuring their brand on your vehicle.
